I noticed the same thing and think you ask good questions, and the lesson should be learned from other vendors (Izotope) who do such a piss poor job with their upgrade offers that it actually discourages customers from upgrading i.e. the opposite of intended effect. I own almost everything except Deverberate and the offer to me is higher than I've seen it on sale.
I was able to upgrade to Acoustica very affordably with an unadvertised stealth coupon that randomly appeared end of last year. I'd look out for that easter egg again this December, or maybe they'll fix the algos on the upgrade offers?![:scared:]( "Scared")
